2025/26 School Year Calendar is HERE! 
We’re excited to announce that Crescent School District is now using FinalForms, a secure online platform for managing athletic registration, forms, and eligibility.
Starting 7/18/2025, all student-athletes must register online through FinalForms before participating in any school sports. This system allows families to complete and sign athletic forms entirely online, saving time and improving accuracy. Best of all, once you've completed your forms, FinalForms saves your data — meaning next season, you'll only need to review and update.
What You’ll Need to Do:
Create a parent account at: Crescent School Final Forms Site; https://crescent-wa.finalforms.com
Register your student(s) and select the sports they plan to play
Complete and sign all required forms
Ensure your student signs their portion (FinalForms will prompt them)- Students will not be able to participate in practice until forms are signed
💡 Note: Physical exams are still required and must be uploaded or turned in to the office to complete registration.

Superintendent David Bingham has held nearly every title in the Crescent School District.
In June, he’ll add one more: retiree. Bingham plans to step down in June after 41 years with the district.
Bingham said the decision came after a period of reflection that began during a medical leave last fall.
